Good rooms, terrible service, would not recommend.
The rooms are nice and clean.
The service is terrible! They claimed that airport transfer was included, however, when arriving they didn’t respond to my message asking to pick me up. And worse, when leaving, they told me the transfer was included (despite the early hour, which I explicitly asked), but suddenly I had to pay 20 soles when arriving at the airport. When calling the front desk to sort things out , they told me it was my own problem and that I just had to pay. Very dissatisfied!

Reasonable
The location is excellent. The view from the roof top is quite pleasant.
The breakfast was very poor on choices. The casino downstairs does not meet the hotel layout. I was given the wrong room and was charged more than I my bookings.

The design of the rooms
It smelled quite a bit to cigarette smoke, because of the casino in the first floor.
